Cancellation Policy
At Scandiportalen, we have developed a transparent and efficient withdrawal policy to ensure a smooth and secure process for our customers when they wish to withdraw their funds. Please observe the following policies and procedures for initiating a withdrawal:
Verification Requirements
To be eligible for a withdrawal, clients must complete the required verification procedures, including providing valid ID and proof of address as required by the Company.
Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 business days from the date of submission. However, processing time may vary depending on factors such as the client’s account status, withdrawal amount, and payment method.
Outstanding Balances
For your withdrawal to be approved and processed, all outstanding balances must be settled. Otherwise, the withdrawal request will be canceled.
Third-Party Withdrawals
Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts with the same name as the trading account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for security reasons.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
To comply with AML regulations, our Company may request additional documentation or information for larger withdrawal amounts or in certain specific cases.
Fees for Large Withdrawals or Account Closure
If you withdraw more than 20% of your profits or close your account, you will be required to pay administration fees, swap fees, or liquidity provider fees to complete the withdrawal or closure process. Please note that these fees must be paid in advance, as account segregation does not allow for deductions.
Additional Terms and Conditions
The preamble to these Terms of Use is an integral part thereof and, together with all company policies, constitutes a binding agreement between the user and Scandiportalen. You and all persons using the website are hereinafter referred to as the “User” and/or “Customer.”

Policy Updates
Please note that these withdrawal policies are subject to change and may be updated from time to time based on our internal policies. We encourage our customers to review the policies regularly and contact our support team with any questions regarding the withdrawal process.
